i need to cook shrimp coconut rice tommorrow. what do you need? my memory isnt serving me well right now. also how much shrimp needed for 8 people?

garri, i want the easy one. carribbean shrimp rice needs the pure coconut concentrate right? i think i mean the one that i could with coconut milk. just gimme the recipe you think is easier to follow.
